报告题目：Numerical Analysis for Population Models with Logistic Growth Rate

报告摘要：In this talk we review the background information of several population models with Logistic growth rate, including ordinary differential equations, age-structured HIV models and reaction-diffusion Fisher models. For these models, a linearly implicit approach is introduced to the Logistic growth, which ensures the biological meanings (positivity), the uniform boundedness, the convergence in a finite time interval. Moreover, as a long-time behavior, we also investigate, numerically, the stability of extinction equilibrium, and the existence and stability of the numerical persistence equilibrium. Finally, some future works are reported for the interesting readers.

报告人简介：杨占文，哈尔滨工业大学数学学院副教授，硕士导师。近期主要关注年龄结构和空间扩散传染病模型的数值分析，在计算数学杂志：SIAM. J. Numer. Anal.，IMA J. Numer. Anal.、Calcolo、J. Comput. Appl. Math.及Appl. Numer. Math.等杂志发表SCI论文72篇，被SCI论文他引800余次，被出版专著他引3次。参加国家自然科学基金项目四项；获黑龙江省高校科学技术一等奖；山西省自然科学技术二等奖；黑龙江省科技厅科学技术三等奖。主持课程思政项目一项；参加《微积分》课程项目一项。
