报告题目：HIV latency reservoir and multi-immune cooperative mechanism modeling and dynamic analysis

报告摘要：HIV latent reservoirs represent one of the major obstacles to an HIV cure, providing a “safe haven” for the virus to evade both antiretroviral drugs and host immune surveillance. In this talk, we present several dynamic models characterizing the synergistic interactions between HIV latent reservoirs and host cellular and humoral immunity, including stochastic delay models and age-structured models. We analyze the well-posedness, global persistence, and stability of the proposed models. By calibrating the models with clinical data, we investigate optimal antiretroviral therapy (ART) regimens and elucidate the underlying immunological mechanisms.

报告人简介：李勇，长江大学信息与数学学院教授、硕士研究生导师。2014 年 6 月毕业于华中师范大学数学与统计学学院，获理学博士学位；2015 年—2018 年于西南大学数学博士后流动站开展博士后研究，2024 年 在上海交通大学访学。长江大学第三批 “菁英人才”，兼任美国《数学评论》评论员。主要研究方向为生物数学、动力系统。现已在JMB，MB，AMC，JMAA 等 SCI 期刊发表SCI论文40篇。主持国家自然科学基金 2 项、省部级科研项目 4 项。
